Fionna Samji

Fionna Samji is a Senior Paralegal at Blass Law, where she assists attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, with a particular focus on construction, business, employment, and commercial disputes. She works closely with the firm’s litigation team to manage complex case files, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and discovery, coordinate trial preparation, and ensure matters progress efficiently from inception through resolution.

A qualified legal practitioner in India with over five years of legal experience, Fionna brings a unique international perspective to the firm’s practice. Her background spans litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution, enabling her to approach each matter with meticulous attention to detail and a practical understanding of complex legal issues.

Before joining Blass Law, Fionna served as Deputy Manager in the Regulatory Department of the National Stock Exchange of India, where she handled regulatory compliance, investor grievances, and dispute resolution matters.

Fionna holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Investment and Securities Law from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, and has earned multiple certifications from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). Her experience across both common law jurisdictions enables her to provide organized, efficient, and thorough litigation support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

Outside of work, Fionna enjoys legal writing, mentoring aspiring legal professionals, and continually expanding her knowledge of litigation strategy and emerging legal developments.
